Purpose of Meeting:
Dear Michael

Thanks for your time on the phone earlier. We confirm that we would like you to facilitate organising a meeting between representatives from our Club (Dr Martin Cranmer - Treasurer, myself - Membership Coordinator / Council Liaison and Julie Brophy - President, all copied in to this email) and the Shire Property department, specifically Katie Rees, with whom we have been communicating with since last September regarding a suitable licence for our continued use of the Westernport Athletics Track and club rooms, where we have operated continuously since late 1996.

We seem to have come to an impasse, as objections have been raised about what type of a Club we are (objections only raised when we had concerns about the nature of the licence we were offered, and which did not seem appropriate or applicable to us) and all previous offers of a licence have been revoked.

I have previously sent through a history of our operations at the site and our more recent communications with the Property Department and we feel it is time now to find a solution.

In terms of our availability, Martin has requested that it be an afternoon meeting only and not on a Friday. Julie and I can fit in, if you are able to suggest some dates and times.

We look forward to meeting with you again and hope to find a good solution. Lastly, we'd love to see some of the photos you took when you came down to visit us recently and would like to seek your permission to post them on our Facebook page.
